Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: July 2026We understand plans change. This policy explains how rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds are handled at Yog Ashram.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a booked consultation by calling or emailing us at least a few hours before your appointment, subject to availability.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a consultation or ongoing treatment course, please inform us as early as possible by phone or email. Any consultation fee already paid for a session that is cancelled with reasonable notice will be refunded or adjusted against a future visit, at your preference.
Refunds for treatment packages
Where a multi-session package has been paid for in advance, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if you choose to discontinue treatment, minus any sessions already availed. Refund requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe after being raised with us.
No-shows
Fees for missed appointments without prior notice may not be refundable, as the time slot was reserved for you.
