About Yog Ashram

Care that starts with listening, not a prescription

Yog Ashram was set up in B Narayanapura, Bengaluru, to give people dealing with everyday pain — back, joint, and body pain — a place that takes time to assess before it treats. We work at the intersection of modern pain management and traditional Panchakarma therapy.

Pain Management Panchakarma Therapy Physiotherapy

Every patient is assessed personally before any treatment is recommended.

Our practitioner

Certified, hands-on, and involved in every plan

Treatment at Yog Ashram is overseen directly by Aarogya Raj, who holds certification as both a doctor and a physiotherapist. This dual background is used to combine a clinical view of pain with hands-on Ayurvedic and physiotherapy techniques.

We do not run a one-size-fits-all program. Your history, the nature of your pain, and your day-to-day routine are discussed before any therapy begins.

How we work

Our approach

Step 1

Assessment

We start by understanding your pain — how long you've had it, what triggers it, and any prior treatment or diagnosis.

Step 2

Plan

Based on the assessment, a treatment plan is proposed, drawing from pain management and Panchakarma methods where suitable.

Step 3

Review

Progress is reviewed at each visit and the plan is adjusted. We are transparent if a case needs referral to a specialist elsewhere.

Please note: Yog Ashram provides pain management and Ayurvedic Panchakarma therapy. We do not claim to replace emergency medical care, surgery, or a specialist's diagnosis where one is required — our practitioner will tell you directly if your condition needs to be referred elsewhere.
